Steampunk - Spy Carousel History

The Steampunk Spy Carousel Network is a legendary mystical phenomena. It was created as the result of the beautiful Madame Eugenia Malevant's attempts to preserve her husband Philip's memory forever. While on his deathbed, Eugenia stole Philip's last Spark of Life as it rose to the heavens. She fashioned a clockwork heart made of brass and copper gears which could only be wound by a special key and placed the beloved Spark inside. Since the heart must be kept wound at all times, she had to find a place of safekeeping. One day while sifting through Philip's office, she discovered a small blue mechanical winged creature that he had been working on. At last, she knew it was meant to be. Upon closer inspection, she discovered a tiny spring loaded latch on the creatures chest. She carefully opened the door and found a small heart shaped compartment inside, the exact size of the clockwork heart. She quickly fastened the clockwork heart into the inner chamber and secured the exterior latch.

This tiny blue creature became her constant companion. Every time you caught a glimpse of this beautiful woman, you would always see her tiny companion as well. She carried him around in her pocket for fear of loosing him and all the while keeping him close to her heart. Her little blue companion was very loyal to her. He would follow her every wish without question. This all took place during a time of great unrest and the Rune wars were raging on all around them. To assist in the war effort, Eugenia created the infamous Steampunk Spy Carousel Network. She cloned her tiny blue companion many times over to form a miniature army of secret agents. To bring them to life, she sprinkled them with a special magical blue dust which sparked very brightly. Once alive, the little creatures would enter the mystical mechanical carousel which was housed inside the base of Eugenia's long Victorian gown. Under the guise of a carnival ride, the little creatures were equipped with golden armor and enormous swords the shape of a clock pendulum. Their objective was to infiltrate the enemies front line and secure their top secret documents.

With the smell of war in the air, it is once again time to call upon Eugenia and her Clockwork Sparks, to assist in the defeat, once and for all, of the dreaded evil Scarlet Council.......
